This is political design decision, lol. If you use this on in spite of
popups very long texts (starting at 5-8 lines) become hard to read.
Then if people see them very long text is impossible to read, they
will use comment to devlop long theorics in spite of the panel.
This depends if you want your pannel for fast notifications or if you
want your panel for all that can be done in commenting text.

Not well handled yet, for now all lines are displayed in the panel.
I think a popup panel should be good to display long texts. - I would like to see in the panel's title
the number of all existing
annotations;
Did you make it to show evryting even if some are hidden in the panel?

- What happens if you have more that 5 annotations?
- How many annotation will you display in the panel?
