Imagine we decided to reduce the 1.4M2 release from 3 weeks to 2 weeks
in order to have the same final release date for 1.4. What can be done
in 1) through 4) within 2 weeks (10 days) starting today?

Since everyone is ok to have a 2 weeks long 1.4M2 let's keep the old
release dates :
* XE 1.4 M1 - today
* XE 1.4 M2 - April 18
* XE 1.4 RC1 - April 25
* XE 1.4 RC2 - May 2
* XE 1.4 Final - May 6
If it's ok for everyone I'll update those dates in JIRA today.
