Well, as you can see, the URL refers to 4.1.x, not 4.5.x, and it's
normal not to be there since the localization service is new in 4.3.x
So, the bug isn't that the documentation is missing, but that the
version used is actually 4.1.x, not 4.5.x. To fix it, select another
version from the version list, then select 4.5.x again.
