The XWiki development team is pleased to announce the release of
XWiki Enterprise 2.3 Release Candidate 1.

Changes from XWiki Enterprise 2.3 Milestone 2:
* Annotations can now be activated by default from the wiki administration
* Email addresses can now be modified from the user profile
* Upgrade to Pygments 1.3.1
* Upgrade to Groovy 1.7.2
