Hi devs, I'd like to propose to upgrade to Prototype 1.6.1 RC3, released on June 16, because it fixes (among other speed improvements and bug fixes) a pretty important compatibility issue with IE8, which causes http://markmail.org/thread/qp4l7hfxohnbpx7x and badly styled notifications. It also fixes some bugs with Opera and selectors that I've hit and had to work around. Normally I wouldn't include a RC dependency, but given the important bugs it fixes, and the fact that they have pretty extensive tests, I trust that this upgrade won't break anything. My +1.
