XAOFFICE-1 : Develop the initial feature set for office-importer plugin.
* Adding 'colspan' attribute to the allowed attribute lists under strict &
moderate filter levels. This is acceptable since 'colspan' is a structuring
element rather than styling element.
Then rowspan should be allowed, too.
