I have been working on www.wikinote.org
I want to add a new "Forum Tab" next to "Comments Tab" on every page.
In
that Tab I need options like:
1] functionality to add web-links. (pointing to 'forum pages' and 'topics in
the forum')
2] display the list of already added links.
How can I do that?
e.g. display links present already.
below it, show text input field. and besides it, a button to submit the new
link
