Hi Guillaume and all,
Cool. Normally 9.11 is the last release of the cycle but we’d like to finish the
notifications features in this cycle so the proposal from Guillaume is to do another
release in January while at the same time we start developing 10.0 in parallel. Sounds
good to me. We’ll also need to have important bug fixes in it. We need to decide 2
things:
- do we release a 9.12 version or a 9.11.1?
- when do we release it? One month might be too long for a stabilization release and if we
find important big fixes we may want to release sooner.
WDYT?
I also agree with Caty that we shouldn’t unbundle the watch list app and instead just turn
it off somehow (can we do that?) and document how to turn it back on. The reason I agree t
should be turned off is because it’s confusing for users to have both watch list +
notifications enabled at the same time.

Regarding unbundling Watchlist, we usually wait like 1 cycle before doing
that. I think we should disable it somehow, but unbundling it just from
9.11 to 9.12, which is 1 month, sounds a bit short.
