I don't know where is the problem during differents synchro process but I see than
"xe.blog.code.title" french key missing on Xwiki 6.2.
I just checked directly in xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore-6.2.jar file:
On my debian:
unzip xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore-6.2.jar
/home/tmp# grep -ri xe.blog.code.title ./*
./ApplicationResources.properties:xe.blog.code.title=The Wiki Blog
=> only default (english) ApplicationResources.properties contain the key.

Not sure I understand what you mean. Translation on github are updated
only during release process. What's automatically refreshed is keys on
http://l10n.xwki.org coming from the default translation (i.e. what is
in
https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwi…).

worked well so I guess that means

somewhere before refreshing that resource. I added some

No the update is only about default language.
L10n never import
translations from git, that's supposed to be the other way around :)
