I'm more for (2) because it would allow me to include some fixes to
the AppWithinMinutes that I couldn't do in 3.4M1 because I was busy
with fixing failing tests on CI, doing the actual release and writing
the release notes.
Definitely (1). We're already more than 2 weeks late on 3.4.
BTW the more we postpone the more we push back 3.5 and the whole 4.x cycle which was
supposed to start in January (we're lagging by about 2 months).
For App within minutes improvements you can bring them to 3.5M1
