I like the way google docs (and surely others) manage this, there's an
editable filed pre-filled with the current user selection.
We'd need a visible place to put it along with the choice of the page
to point at.

I'm not sure that 3 Advanced options and 3 Create buttons are needed.
1. The link text.
The link text is the text that was highlighted in the editor prior to
clicking on the "insert link" button. Right now you cannot insert a link if
you have not highlighted some text beforehand.
