As far as I can see in Jira
(http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XPWATCHLIST-4), this issue was fixed
by Jean-Vicent in r7914.
Please, is there any reason to keep the entry filtered when working in
virtual mode or could it be already unfiltered?

That said the email notifications are supposed to be working and some
feedback about them used in virtual mode would be highly appreciated,
