Maybe it would be a better idea to vote/decide on the topic of the XWiki
days before they actually happen (either at the end of the previous day, or
in the roadmap, or at start of the week, don`t know), so that people can
plan for them, or at least not have to switch context so abruptly. IMO,

How about you become the owner for organizing the XWiki Days for now? I’ve been doing this
since the beginning (with some help here and there when I was away) and I wouldn’t mind to
roll a bit.
