is the reference place for documentation and it's not technical it's
simply empty because I did not had any time to write it.
I’m not sure this is the best place because it’s very technical. I’m not sure how a user
can understand that "WikiStream Confluence XML module” means “Confluence Importer” :)
Also, looking at the name it doesn’t seem to be a Confluence Importer but instead it seems
to be some specific Confluence XML format for importing.
Maybe what we need is a Confluence Importer Application that uses the "WikiStream
Confluence XML module” and provides a specific UI. At least that would solve 2 needs:
- simpler to use (I may be wrong as I haven’t tried using the generic wikistream importer
UI yet but since it’s generic and not specific to Confluence I’m guess is has to be more
complex than a specialized UI)
- provides a nicer documentation entry point
If we don’t do this then we probably need a page
in
http://enterprise.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Features called “Confluence Importer”
that explains that to import Confluence you need to use the Wiki Stream importer UI in a
certain way.
WDYT?
Thanks
