I'm agree with you that all this design has to be open. I just forgot
that
 idea page.

   Any
reference to this new rights management system? Is it somewhere
on xwiki.org? If not could you please put it there and/or send some
 email about it?
You are right I just configured Jira about it, I will make wiki page
 on
xwiki.org about it.

 I've seen you created
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Idea/
 Improverightsmanagement?language=en
That's cool but all the information like screenshots/etc seem to be
 on the
http://xpertnet.chronopolys.net/x site which seems a closed site.
I think we have 2 options:
 1) we make it public so that anyone can view it at least
 2) we move some of its content (or all) to
xwiki.org and/or add
 screenshots to the JIRA issue
I think that all the designs that are done for XE, XEM, Watch, etc
must be done in the open with the community. If they're done behind
closed doors then the community can only participate after they're
finished which 1) doesn't allow the community to participate but more
importantly 2) the community will likely not participate since
they've not been involved from the beginning and will have to catch
 up with all the designs/code/etc.
It really must be done in the open IMO, as we're doing for XE.
 Thanks
