FoXWiki 1.0b is not compatible with Firefox 3.5.6 - so the list of user
gets
very small that can use an old add-on.
IE users with Word installed will be able to use it. They're the majority of
enterprise users.

Which "edit" action?
The one that launches edition of the attachment through WEBDAV.
IIRC It's only displayed when webdav works and the user has IE or the
FoXWiki plugin enabled thus I don't think it should go away.
