I like the proposal n°3 as well since it's consistent with how panels are
displayed across the board. In this configuration we need to make it clear
how to get back to the administration page once work with the panel wizard
is complete (such as "cancel", "save and go back to administration",
"save
and go back to the home page" buttons at the bottom of the page). Actually
those buttons could be useful on all administration pages but I guess
they're somehow planned already.

+1 for space selection since you need to know what are the spaces. However
when you've got a lot of spaces the autosuggest is useful as well... What
about having both in the same place ?
[Type space name here... v] + when one clicks on the "v" sign the
list of all spaces is shown...
Yes, that was my initial proposal I've told you and Jv...I'll see what I can
do without modifying the ajax suggest. If I can't make it easy right now
then it will probably be an improvement I'll do for the future.
