We need to speed up the colibri skin todos since we're already late.
I propose we spread the work amongst ourselves. I've listed the
tasks to do below.

1) ColorTheme space is not excluded for simple

for sergiu: I've checked it with a new build and the pb is still there 14) fix
sergiu's algorithm. Right now it always removes the h1
title from the page even if it's not the same as the page title.
+ add the compat flag.

leave it unsolved? Do we instead check the first H1 value whatever

the Toucan and Albatross skins to display the title
(same as Colibri)

some items.
Note1: This means that we're late yet again since today is supposed
to be the release day for RC1... This means we need to finish all
the items above today at latest.
Note2: I haven't looked at existing colibri skin issues already in
jira. Please someone have a look and add to the list above if they
are blocker for RC1.
