[xwiki-devs] Language Issue

I agree that somethings not right somewhere. Under preferences I've Multi-Lingual set to yes, Languages set to es, en, Default language set to en, and the "Document Translations" panel is not showing up. Where in the db schema should the languages be stored? I looked at xwikidoc.xwd_fullname and XWiki.WebPreferences has a xwd_default_language of 'en' but there is nothing with an es under xwd_language or xwd_default_language. (exluding the Main.WebHome row which I translated manually by adding the language=es to the view page url). Thanks, Jeff
