I'm using Blog Application 8th draft.
http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XABLOG-63. It has far less bug than
the 2.0.3 enterprise edition.
I think it's better to upgrade it now. Or remove it from the so called
"stable" edition.

I think the blog application is still using the
old xwiki/1.0 syntax and
thus the old WYSIWYG editor. When you create a normal wiki page it
should use the new xwiki/2.0 syntax and thus the new WYSIWYG editor.
If you search this mailing list you should be able to find ways to
upgrade your blog to the new syntax.

Thanks for the clue, indeed it is the wysiwyg 1.0 editor that is responsible
for messing up the blog content:)
I edited BlogPostClass [1] and changed Editor from --- to Text.
This way my posts are displayed ok and I can later edit them with no
problems.
At the moment I can live without wysiwyg so this workaround temporarily
works for me.
Anyway, the Preview still doesn't work in creating/editing blogs and this is
more problematic.
