information required for the development of a new extention and it is not easy to find the
right information inside the wiki . So in the end yes, I think that everything should be
written in a single page.

improve XWiki. 
Let me know if it’s good enough and what is missing from your POV.
Once it’s good enough I’ll move it to a proper location and reference it from the other
tutorials.
