Actually, since the home page tour is not related to the home page content (correct?) and
it’s just related to the skin, I think I would even put it in platform in the Help module
(or better, in a submodule of the Help module: xwiki-platform-help-tour, and move
xwiki-platform-help as xwiki-platform-help-syntax).

Hmm I retract this idea… The issue is that platform should not have a dependency on the
tour app even if it’s an indirect one.
So +1 for xwiki-enterprise-ui-tour.
