We could use vertical tabs, as in

since they allow a large number of tabs.
Here's a proposal for reorganizing the AllDocs page:

I think this approach would make it very easy to add more sections to
the AllDocs if necessary.
Note 1: The tabs for Attachments, Deleted Documents and Deleted
Attachments will not look right because the corresponding
functionalities do not exist in the version we have on the incubator.
Note 2: There are some icon alternatives proposed in the comment of that
page.
