XWIKI-654: Rewrite the Rendering engine
* Renamed Document into DOM. This is a better name and not in
conflict with the XWiki Document. The other option was to name it
DocumentAST or AST. Jean-Vincent preferred DOM and I agreed with
him, although it was a close call ;)
I'm not sure DOM is a good name, as it
already stands for something
else.
