Great! Now one thing you should be aware of is that the Extension
Manager caches the extension when your friend installs it. This means
that you have to publish a new version (1.1, 1.2, etc.) whenever you
make changes (e.g. bug fixes) and your friend will have to search
again for the extension and upgrade it (re-installing the same version
won't work).
