Hi,
I propose to have an Improvements Closing Day for tomorrow.
I know some of the contributors are on holidays, but let`s see where this
takes us.
I`ll make the official announcement tomorrow if there are no objections or
better suggestions.

Maybe it would be a better idea to vote/decide on the topic of the XWiki
days before they actually happen (either at the end of the previous
day, or
in the roadmap, or at start of the week, don`t
know), so that people can
plan for them, or at least not have to switch context so abruptly. IMO,
deciding in the same day is a bit counter-productive.
I don’t think anyone could disagree with this… :)
Also, it would be nice so we can have them in the
calendar (either
XWiki`s
or our own).

How about you become the owner for organizing the XWiki Days for now?
I’ve been doing this since the beginning (with some help here and there
when I was away) and I wouldn’t mind to roll a bit.
