Yes, or it might make more sense to have trunk/branches/tags for
xwiki-platform to be at a level higher than core/plugins/skins/... so
that one can checkout the trunk of xwiki-platform and get the whole
tree that is required (which would probably be how each of the
applications are structured underneath the trunk/tags/branches for
each of them).
