I've created 2 issues that could help:
* http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/NPMIG-50 - Add the ability to load/save a
plan
* http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/NPMIG-52 - Don't try to move a page holding
a lot of revisions or attachments
I think it could help a lot. If I am allowed to work on it, I suppose we
could have a close-to-1.0 version quickly.

I've implemented a kind of "error
recovery" (just re-run the migrator
after
having restarted the wiki) but the whole process
remains complicated.
Maybe these people can contract a consultant to help them migrating their
data on production.
