A better approach would be: when clicking on a node to open it, load the
first N (=50) documents, and if there are still more documents to
display, then the last entry is "...show more..." which when clicked
will load the next N document, and so on.
The current treeview works well when there are many documents uniformly
split in small spaces, but fails when there are some very large spaces.
