[xwiki-devs] Fix for Jira-3416

I'm having some difficulty at the moment with github, but can someone check my changes and perhaps check them in? I basically had to take the AnchorFilter out so it would leave the anchors as is, and then replace all the links in the main doc that were moved, to the new link reference.
