Well I know where the template is, I made it myslef, I just can't find

I usually handle such issues as the duplicate by putting test words into the page and looking at them in the html source to find out what code is creating the text I don't like. As far as getting rid of the standard heading at the top you could find which template creates it (maybe try search for templates containing certain words?) If you would rather commercial support than volunteer advice, you might try asking over at xwiki.com. Of course I'm happy to give advice
