XWiki 7.2 is the first version with nested pages enabled. Check the release notes. If you don't want to use nested pages you shouldn't have upgraded to 7.2 but 7.1.x instead. Now, one way to "fix" your problem is to create Terminal pages. For this you need to configure your user profile to be an advanced user. As a result the Create Page wizard will display a check-box that will allow you to create Terminal (non-WebHome) pages.
