Every sub wiki has the quick links panel. There's even now a general
links panel for quick links that span across sub wikis.

moved to platform and user guide to enterprise and so on. Unless we

to the required sub wiki we have no way of knowing how the common or

used content is now placed.
Yes, that's on purpose. The site is growing with the addition of
several products (XEM, Watch), so we can't put all the links from all
the subwikis in top level panels as they will become too cluttered and
will take pages.
I don't think it's unreasonable to ask the user to choose the product
he wants to know about...
