Small question : should we backport our fixes in
branch 1.5 ? Is a
1.5.3
release envisaged ?
It's possible to have one yes but only for major bugs.
When 1.6 final is out, we'll only be supporting 1.6 branch + 1.7
(trunk) so 1.5 branch will be closed.
Since we're only about 1 week away from 1.6 final there isn't much
time for 1.5.3 but we can have a last one if major bugs are found.
BTW what I said above is a general rule but any xwiki committers is
free to create and release any branch that he wants. For example if
you wanted you could release a XE 1.3.5 release but you'll have to do
it yourself :)
