Hi devs,
It took us a lot of time to stabilize the build and now we're too late to
release 10.9RC1 (was planned 4 days ago) so I'm going to skip 10.9RC1 and
release directly 10.9 instead, next Monday (29th of October).

Ok, thanks Marius.
Consequences:
* the "@since 10.9RC1" need to be modified in the source code.
* the jira version 10.9RC1 needs to be deleted and issues moved too
* the RN page for 10.9RC1 and the RP one need to be moved/deleted/recreated
* more?

I created the stable-10.9.x branches. Master is now 10.10-SNAPSHOT.
