Hi,
Problem 1:
I'm +1 to remove this page, the less pages we provide the better IMO.
I'm +1 too but *only* provided we have easy ways to access the
information. We need to check if it's the case for all possible RSS
feeds.
Problem2:
Now that browsers do a great job at pointing to webistes RSS feeds
(even IE) I'm not sure that having links to them in our UI is crucial.
Yes but...
I personally never use this feature of browsers (maybe I'm too old) so
I'm pretty sure others don't too. I'm always looking for an orange RSS
icon on pages and I don't have the reflex to look for the browser's
auto-discovery.
Also, RSS feeds are used by a minority of power users
[1][2], I think
those power users are now used to look at the location bar for the RSS
icon listing the available feeds.
I'm not a power user then ;)
I'm ok with displaying a link to the blog RSS in
the blog home (note
that I've put the wiki one at the bottom of the dashboard), I'm just
saying that I'm not 100% sure that we need it.
I thought it was too hidden but I'm ok to leave it there.
Thanks
