planning to work on it but that he doesn't know when exactly.
So I've created a Draft space and moved the doc there:

If you just created it so that others fill it, then I suggest we
remove it as xwiki.org is meant to contain nice finished doc as much
as possible and I don't like the TODOs in there as it looks like in
it's in construction.
In that case I suggest creating a Draft space for putting unfinished
work.
