It looks like I've managed to let another release date slip by, my apologies.
Right now we have only 1 failing integration test and it's failing because of a
potentially unexpected feature but not a bug.
The difference between this and last year is like night and day.

No, there is no
misunderstanding, the rights service works as reported
in the issue. I have twice proposed a vote to not consider 'delete'
rights at document level, which is the quick fix, but the votes did not
pass. So, in the default configuration, 'delete' and 'edit' rights are,
in practice, equivalent.

Hopefully we can get these issues cleared up today and tomorrow and I'll push a build
