FilesystemAttachmentStore which is beta and functional.
FilesystemAttachmentVersioningStore which is alpha and "you're on your
own".
along with compatible FilesystemAttachmentContent
and
ListAttachmentArchive.
Here is my +1 for including this in the core so it can be developed and
tested in
concert.
