Can you look to add these services to the list ?
Vincent if you can point to the package/class of these services that
would be usefull ?
Andrei is also looking at the one missing in the 4.2.x javadoc build
so that we try to understand why they are missing.

It's for both.
The $services binding entry is also missing for both.

I noticed some issue with 4.2.x which was build
with maven (instead of my manual script) and which seems to not use all the classes
(internal for instance)
We will need to hide 4.2.x for now until its ready
