Re "watch parent and siblings?" it should be "Watch this page and its
children" IMO. Terminal pages should have only "Watch this page". If you
want to watch the siblings also you can navigate to the parent page (it's
not that hard).
I don't think "Watch this wiki" should be displayed on every page. We can
have it either on the Wiki Index (as an additional entry to the Actions
column) or on the Drawer where we list the wikis.
So basically for a nested (non-terminal) page the user can perform two
actions: "Watch this page" and "Watch this page and its children". And
the
state can be one of "No watch", "Explicit watch", "Implicit
watch" (either
the wiki or one of its ancestor are being watched "with children"). Maybe
we don't care about the difference between explicit and implicit watch, in
which case there will be only two states.
