Changes are supposed to be done directly on l10n wiki. For the dead
translations you can easily delete them one by one on

Now i agree that there as been too much removed keys at once recently
since a big cleanup has been done (which is not supposed to happen
very often) so it would be too much a pain. I will add some "Remove
all dead keys" in the UI.
