I just committed a first version of the AppWithinMinutes wizard. If

Found a bug:
* I've removed two livetable columns: last author and actions (which I don't
think you should be there by default btw ) and when I ended the wizard these columns were
displayed. I had also added a column which isn't displayed so it seems that columns
are not taken into account yet.
Found a few other issues:
* I had renamed a field name in the class editor and it wasn't taken into account
* When I edited again the field name with the class editor I got some issues after
clicking on the field after removing existing chars and then typing new chars (the field
size was 1 and I could only see 1 char typed).
