In terms of layout we can switch the AppBar with the Navigation :) like
Guillaume mentioned.
I think having the navigation on the left is better. On almost all content
websites I know about, treeview navigation is located on the left. You have
the current page highlighted, and the content of the page itself is next to
it.
So I feel that having the tree view on the right would be counter-intuitive
for most users, whereas the app bar is less context-sensitive.
There’s an issue with this. If you navigate to the Blog app or the File Manager app (for
example), you see the app bar displayed on the left :)

Yep, that one is good too! Not so sure about the Diagram app however, I
haven't used it nor seen it used recently.
