I've verified that I am logged in as the Dennis user. To access my
profile, I'm simply clicking on my name in the upper left corner of the
page (also tried it from the Administration page).
This does not appear when I log in as 'Admin' (or, should I say, the
"missing" dialog does appear fine when I'm Admin).
The Dennis user's profile appears to be blank (as opposed to the Admin
user, who has links/sections for 'Blog', 'Blog Feed', 'Name',
'Company',
etc).

Please excuse my question, but you do know that that
toolbox should only
appear when a logged in user visits his profile, right?
I mean:
- check that you are logged in
- check that you are viewing your profile
It is working as expected for me.
