With risk of having to spend some holiday time on fixing regressions, I
will proceed with merging the work in feature-authorization-context.
I'm -1 to that. Please revert. It's too dangerous for 4.4 and 4.5 which are
stabilization releases. This should go in 5.0 after a VOTE. You need a passed VOTE to be
able to merge that, it's not something trivial and small.
