details of the PDF/RTF/HTML/whatever format export from XWiki. I'll
install JEE then.

As far as I see here
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/compare-packages, JEE and
Reporting packages both include Web Tools.
Is it better to install the Classic package, then add optional
components?
It's up to you. Since XWiki is a webapp I'd go for the JavaEE package
but all will work, depending on what type of development you want to do.
