More generally speaking, this is true for a lot
of livetables. We would
need a generic "Create" button to be available when we instantiate a
livetable. This could be useful for the wiki index page, for the user
directory, for all the AWM homepages...

IMO the toolbar's functionality is already covered by the 'Actions'
