[xwiki-devs] [Contrib] GitHub and JIRA project for application-hubot

Hi I've created a github repo on https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-hubot for a XWiki/Hubot/Matrix integration. I might not have setup the repository completely for this and also did not create Jira project. Could the dev team complete this ?
