You should ask the WebLogic guys... :)
On the XWiki side we're just coding against the Servlet API. We don't have
anything specific for any container.
The other possibility is that you haven't configured your servlet container properly.

PS: A usual problem that appears is that servlet container leak regarding classloaders so
it's possible WebLogic is not isolating properly the xwiki libs and some are
conflicting with the weblogic ones.
